In 2025, we will collaborate with a Philippine manufacturer to develop a customized compact power distribution solution for a commercial complex in Manila. The core challenges include: the need for high-density installation in narrow distribution rooms, the accelerated aging of components in high-temperature and high-humidity environments, the risk of short circuits caused by frequent lightning strikes, and mandatory compliance with the Philippine PEC 2023 safety standards. Our core contribution is: supplying high-reliability mechanical molded case circuit breakers and the corresponding motor drive mechanisms; Provide an 800A main switch system (width optimized to 160mm) and a fully sealed anti-corrosion housing; Ensure rapid production through localized salt spray test certification. The project has achieved quantified results: the short-circuit fault removal time is ≤20 milliseconds, the service life of the protective housing is extended to 15 years (in a hot and humid environment), and the installation and maintenance costs are reduced by 35%.
