  1. Introduction

Shanghai Dada Electric Co., Ltd. extends its most cordial greetings to every member of our team, our esteemed clients, and our trusted partners. The forthcoming Golden Week, combining the Mid-Autumn Festival—a time for family reunion and reflection—and the National Day—a celebration of our nation’s achievements—presents a significant period of rest and celebration. In strict adherence to the General Office of the State Council’s holiday arrangements and following careful internal deliberation to ensure the seamless continuity of our operations, the company is pleased to announce the official schedule for the 2025 holiday period. This document serves as a comprehensive guide, detailing the holiday timeline, essential pre-holiday preparations, emergency contact protocols, and key reminders for all stakeholders. Our primary objective is to ensure a harmonious transition into the holiday period, minimizing any potential impact on our business activities while safeguarding the well-being of our employees.

  1. Official 2025 Holiday Schedule

After thorough planning, the company will observe a unified holiday period from Wednesday, October 1st, to Wednesday, October 8th, 2025. This extended break is designed to provide our employees with sufficient time to travel, reunite with families, and rejuvenate.

  • Holiday Commencement: Wednesday, October 1, 2025 (National Day)
  • Holiday Conclusion: Wednesday, October 8, 2025
  • Resumption of Normal Business Operations: Thursday, October 9, 2025

Important Note on Workday Adjustment: To facilitate this extended holiday period, Sunday, September 28, 2025, will be designated as a regular working day. All employees are expected to be present and operational on this day to ensure a comprehensive handover and finalize all pre-holiday tasks. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter, which is crucial for a smooth holiday closure.

  1. Comprehensive Pre-Holiday Action Plan

A proactive and meticulous approach in the days leading up to the holiday is paramount to ensuring operational security and a stress-free break for all. The following departmental responsibilities must be fulfilled by the close of business on Saturday, September 27, 2025, with final checks completed on the working day of Sunday, September 28.

  • For the Production and Manufacturing Division:
  • Schedule Management: The Production Planning Team must finalize and communicate the detailed production schedule for the last week of September and the first week of October, ensuring all critical orders are prioritized and completed.
  • Plant Safety and Security: A comprehensive safety inspection of all production lines, machinery, and warehouse facilities must be conducted. This includes powering down non-essential equipment, implementing lock-out/tag-out procedures, and confirming that all fire prevention and security systems are fully operational. A formal report must be submitted to the Plant Manager by EOD, September 28th.
  • For the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service Departments:
  • Client Communication: It is imperative that all clients and partners receive advanced notification of our holiday schedule. Sales and Account Managers should personally contact their key accounts. Automated email responses and updated voicemail messages must be activated, clearly stating the holiday dates and providing directions for urgent issues.
  • Order Processing: All incoming orders and inquiries must be logged and acknowledged. A clear plan for addressing pending matters immediately upon our return on October 9th should be established to ensure no customer is left unattended.
  • For the Administration, IT, and Finance Departments:
  • Facilities and IT Security: The Admin and IT teams are jointly responsible for a full audit of office premises, data servers, and network infrastructure. Data backups must be verified, and system security protocols reinforced to protect against potential threats during the closure.
  • Financial Deadlines: The Finance Department will communicate internal deadlines for expense reports, invoicing, and other financial submissions to ensure all September accounts are settled before the holiday.
  • For All Employees:
  • Each employee is personally responsible for organizing their workspace, securely storing confidential documents, and properly shutting down their workstations (computers, monitors, etc.) before leaving on September 28th. Department heads must verify compliance within their teams.

  1. Emergency Response and Designated Contact Protocol

While our offices and main production facilities will be closed, we have established a robust protocol to address genuine emergencies that could critically impact business continuity or client operations.

  • For Clients and Partners: A dedicated emergency hotline, managed by a rotating team of senior managers, will be active for urgent situations requiring immediate attention. This contact is strictly for critical operational, technical, or logistical issues that cannot wait until October 9th. The emergency contact number is: [+86 15167477792 ].
  • For Employees: A roster of on-duty managers has been established. These individuals will be available 24/7 during the holiday to assess and respond to emergencies. They are empowered to mobilize necessary resources and make critical decisions in consultation with senior management. The roster and internal escalation procedure have been distributed separately.

We sincerely request that all parties respect this protocol and reserve its use for truly critical matters to allow our on-duty staff to respond effectively.

  1. Focus on Health, Safety, and Well-being

The management of Shanghai Dada Electric places the highest priority on the health and safety of our employees and their families. As many will be traveling during this peak period, we urge everyone to exercise caution.

  • Travel Safety: Please plan journeys in advance, stay informed of weather and traffic conditions, and adhere to all public safety regulations. Whether using public transport or private vehicles, vigilance is key.
  • Personal Well-being: This holiday is an excellent opportunity to disconnect from work, spend quality time with loved ones, and engage in restorative activities. We encourage everyone to return on October 9th feeling refreshed and re-energized.

  1. Concluding Remarks and Best Wishes
